I know crazy huh? I am finally getting out another installment in my
life...well let's get to it shall we?
It's been a bit slow around the ranch, not much going on being that it's
summer and all but I've still managed to go out on a couple auditions. I
just went on one on Friday and it's an audition place that I really like
going to. It's for commercials and it's called "digital dawgs" I know the
guy who runs it because he gave me my first commercial (actually my
first professional job ever so for that I'm truly thankful ) the thing I
like about him is that he calls me in ALOT for commercials and even
though I don't get very far on some of his auditions, he keeps bringing
me in. I feel that kind of loyalty to do my ABSOLUTE best whenever I
see him, and I try so hard not to let him down. That's not to say I
don't do well or try my best on other auditions, I just appreciate being in
his field of view when he's trying to cast.
I'm just trying to figure out what to do right now...tooling around in my
new ride (if you don't know about my new car sift thru "back issues") and
trying to also help one of my sisters get a new car of her own. We just
spent a painstaking weekend arguing with keyes Toyota on van nuys for a
deal on a certain car. They were unyielding and banking on the fact that
my sister would know NOTHING about cars. Little do they know how
scary she is about researching before buying anything and they weren't
prepared so they pretty much shut us down. But it's okay, we're gonna
find another lot next weekend and hopefully she's be driving something
new by next week. This isn't the most exciting entry but I believe I am
going to the movies tomorrow night so there should be an exciting movie
review coming in the next day or so...hang tight! --- Carla
